2. Amenities and Comfort
Each accommodation features everything you need for your comfort: quality bedding, provided household linen, air conditioning, television, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a workspace.
Yes, each of our apartments includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen (hobs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, tableware, and utensils) to offer you complete independence.

We love animals, but they are only permitted subject to our prior written authorization and are not allowed on the sofas or beds to preserve the quality of the textiles.
3. Stay, Arrival, and Parking
Arrival: Available from 3:00 PM. You will be welcomed by Léa, our on-site assistant, who is at your disposal in case of delay or special requests. For late arrivals, we will send you instructions to access the accommodation independently.
Departure: Expected by 10:00 AM. Cleaning is included, but we kindly ask you to do your dishes, take out the trash, and close the windows and doors before leaving.
Several secure underground public parking lots as well as street parking options are located in the immediate vicinity of our apartments to facilitate your arrival.
4. House Rules and On-Site Services
For everyone’s well-being, our properties are strictly non-smoking (any trace of tobacco odor will incur additional cleaning fees). Parties, celebrations, and gatherings are strictly forbidden, and we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down in the building’s common areas. Finally, individuals not listed on the booking are not permitted access to the apartment without our prior written consent.
Yes! To make your stay as serene as possible, we can organize personalized services upon request (subject to availability) such as babysitting, private chauffeur, extra mid-stay cleaning, linen change, private chef, or massages and treatments. Léa, your on-site assistant, will be delighted to help you arrange these.
5. Booking and Cancellation
Booking can be done directly online on our website, at the best rate and without commission, by selecting your stay dates in our secure booking module.
